What we collect

When you request a demo, we ask for your name, work email, company and, optionally, consultant portfolio size and information about the challenge you want to discuss. We do not ask for sensitive personal information.

Why we use it

We use this data to respond to your inquiry and arrange or follow up on a requested product demonstration. The legal basis is your request for pre-contractual communication and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Where your details go

The form is processed by the hosting provider Netlify when this site is hosted there. Submitted information may be available to the Titaneo team through its site's Netlify dashboard and configured notifications. Netlify's own processing terms apply to the hosting service.

Retention and security

We retain contact inquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain the business conversation and meet applicable obligations. Access should be restricted to authorised team members. This website does not intentionally place analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing or raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority. For a request about your data, use the form on our home page and write “Privacy request” in the message field.
